Service Description
For Mums: sessions are one-on-one and designed to meet mum's fitness recovery needs and assist her in navigating exercise in her current pre or postnatal stage through to post-birth. By using the mat and other small equipment, we will work on an individualised plan to adapt to "pregnancy posture", strengthening entire body and prepare for motherhood life demands. For Pilates beginners: sessions are one-on-one and designed to meet an individual's fitness needs and goals. By using the mat and other small equipment, we will work on an individualised approach to addressing posture, strengthening the core and the entire body.




Cancellation Policy
For clients with existing bookings, we will allow changes or cancellation without penalty up to 23 hours prior to the scheduled session.
