    Absolutely, consider our trial package and we can move on to progression program.
  • How do I book a Private session? Can I secure the same time slot/s every week?
    To book, kindly go to the section Yes, you can book your preferred schedule a couple of weeks ahead as long as they are available.
  • Can I cancel my session last minute?
    Yes! If we mean "day" when we say minute. You can do cancel and save the session for later through your account registered with us during sign up. Simply login and cancel the session/s you have confirmed. Canceling less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session is considered a Late Cancel, and you will be charged for the session.
  • What is your COVID-19 protocol?
    Mask-wearing policies All clients are required to wear socks or grip socks during class. Instructors will wear mask throughout the class. Clients are encouraged to wear masks, though not compulsory. Social distancing measures During the session, tactile cueing will only be used as safety precaution and instructor will adhere to safe distancing guidelines. Extra sanitation All clients are required to wear socks or grip socks during class. All equipment are sanitised with hospital grade disinfectants before and after each use.
